At Dollar-A-Month, we believe small change can create a big impact. Our goal is to spotlight grassroots nonprofits that make a difference but often struggle to be seen or funded.

If your organization is doing meaningful work at the local level, we’d love to learn more.

Please have the following documents and information ready.

You’ll need them to complete your application:

-IRS 501(c)(3) Determination Letter (proof of current nonprofit status)

-EIN or Tax ID Number

-Most recent IRS Form 990, 990-EZ, or 990-N (e-Postcard) — at least one year required; three years preferred

-Basic financial information, including your annual operating budget and approximate number of staff and volunteers

-A short description of your mission and community impact

-Your funding request — the minimum amount that would make a difference and the maximum amount you’re requesting
